Woolworths Group, one of Australia’s largest retailers, came to us to determine if there was opportunity to create deeper engagements and increase their customer base. The client saw an opportunity to develop a white-label platform that the group could use to diversify their product and service offering across different verticals.

DYNAMIC DATA CAPTURE

Hyper-personalised experience

Dynamic data capture formed the basis of a hyper-personalised experience. Unique profiles would be created based on tailored questions, allowing for commerce solutions that are tailored to you and your pet’s needs. Smart subscriptions took the hassle out of reordering and allowed users to subscribe, set and forget.

GAMIFIED COMMUNITY

Keep up with your pet and the community

Rewards for interacting and engaging would create a powerful gamified community. Points earned could be used to redeem products and services, keeping users engaged and creating active brand ambassadors.
